Before founding NB Publicity, she worked with some of the country’s most iconic hospitality, culinary, entertainment, and lifestyle brands. She has led PR and marketing campaigns for 30+ hotels, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, beauty, and retail brands—including MGM Resorts International’s global portfolio, Comcast’s Northeast footprint, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).

One of Nicole's most memorable achievements was serving as the opening communications director for Resorts World Las Vegas, Nicole built the communications function from the ground up, leading her team to secure over 250 press placements and 10 billion impressions for the resort’s grand opening.
